Black and Cuban Hottie: Laz Alonso

I remember the first time i first saw this next man crash, it was 6am and I had just switched to one of my favorite channels BET. Suddenly on camera was the sexiest man I had ever seen, everything i had visualized my man to be  was now saying good morning and welcoming me to this brand new day.  In that moment I knew that I had to find out who and where he had come from.  Take a look and see why he made my man crush list.

Laz Alonso was born in Washington, D.C. of Afro-Cuban descent. He is an alumnus of Howard University. He has had supporting roles in films such as Stomp the Yard, Down for Life, Jarhead (His interpretation of a United States Marine in this film was loosely based on a USMC classmate that lived in his dormitory in college.),G, Leprechaun: Back 2 tha Hood, This Christmas, and Miracle at St. Anna. In 2009, he played Fenix Rise, one of the main antagonists in the film Fast Furious, and had a major role as Tsu’tey in the James Cameron hit Avatar. He has made television guest starring appearances on The Unit, Bones, CSI: Miami, NCIS, The Practice and Eyes. Alonso appeared in music videos by Toni Braxton and Aaliyah. Alonso also hosted shows on the BET network.

After graduating from Howard University with a BBA in Marketing, he had a lucrative career as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch on Wall Street.
